It is said that DaMo, the Indian Sage who helped the ailing monks regain their health and vitality, taught them Qi Gong 2 500 years ago in the old monasteries in China.
As a part of Dr. Stav’s treatment rehabilitation, SoulFire Qi Gong uses mindful movement rehabilitation based on these ancient Chinese health exercises to improve health, focus, function and strength after injury or treatment.
It is taught as a class practice but can and should be applied daily at home, with the intention of fixing the issue at hand.
